Fair use policy for Premium Design Upgrades

Our Premium Design Upgrade allows us to spend more time designing your website. So much so that we give you a guarantee that we'll continue designing until you're happy.

But like any believable offer, there have to be limits:

• We'll start the design from scratch if you're not happy with the concept, but only once.
• We'll tinker with anything on the design concept you are happy with, producing up to 6 new proofs!

Fair use policy for unlimited support

Our website support packages offer unlimited phone and email support to put your mind at ease about always being able to get help.

But to prevent this from being abused, we need to apply these rules:

• We'll tell and show you how to do things, but we won't do them for you.
• We will not continue to answer the same question multiple times.
• A cap of 10 hours per month applies, which is worth $1500 at our standard hourly support rate. So you get amazing value for money!
